ATOL and package protection

ATOL

FlyToBD holds ATOL number 10895.

All flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay, you will receive an ATOL Certificate confirming what is protected. Please check it carefully to ensure that everything you booked is listed. For more information, visit www.atol.org.uk

What is protected

  • Package holidays that include a flight.
  • Flights we book where the ticket is not issued straight away.
  • Flights booked together with other travel services for the same trip.

Hotels, transfers, cars and activities booked on their own are not ATOL protected. Your ATOL certificate, sent by email and kept in Manage booking, shows exactly what is protected.

Packages

When we sell you a package we are its organiser and are responsible for every service in it. Insolvency protection for packages without a flight: ABTA.

If you book a package, we give you the Package Travel Regulations standard information during booking.
